In short
We collect only what we need to sell, ship and support your watch. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your card number. We don't sell your information or use advertising cookies.
Who we are
This website, sixthplanetwatch.com, is operated by Tulipa Blooms LLC, doing business as Sixth Planet Watch Co., 11468 Marketplace Dr. N, Champlin, MN 55316. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Order details. When you buy, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you give it, and payment details. Stripe shares the order and shipping details with us. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages. If you contact us by email, phone or our contact form, we keep what you send, including your name, email address and order number.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, we keep your email address and the date you signed up.
- Technical data. Our web host keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and time. These are used for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, including returns and warranty claims.
- To answer your questions.
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the store, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe, to process payments (Stripe's privacy policy).
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Hostinger, which hosts this website and our email.
- Google Fonts, which serves the fonts on this site and receives your IP address when a page loads.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe's checkout pages may use cookies to prevent fraud. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe, and support messages for as long as they're useful for your order or warranty.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Email support@sixthplanetwatch.com and we'll respond within 45 days. Residents of some states, including Minnesota and California, have additional privacy rights under state law; we honor those requests too. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, payments are handled by Stripe, and access to order information is limited to the people who fulfill orders. No method of storing information is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect yours.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
