In short
You're buying a new, genuine Hexagon Storm watch from an independent US retailer. Prices are in US dollars, shipping is free, returns are accepted within 30 days, and every watch has a 2-year warranty.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to every purchase from sixthplanetwatch.com, operated by Tulipa Blooms LLC, doing business as Sixth Planet Watch Co., 11468 Marketplace Dr. N, Champlin, MN 55316 ("we," "us"). By placing an order you agree to them, along with our returns policy, shipping policy, warranty and privacy policy.
2. The products
We are an independent retailer. We sell new, genuine Hexagon Storm watches (model HS-9700); we don't design or manufacture them. Hexagon Storm is the manufacturer's product name, and its trademarks belong to their owners. Product photos come from the manufacturer; colors can look slightly different on different screens. Specifications are listed on each product page.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Shipping is free. Payments are processed by Stripe; see payment methods. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you receive an order confirmation.
4. Orders
Your order is accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, an address can't be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
5. Shipping and risk of loss
We ship to the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll help with the carrier claim. Full details are in our shipping policy.
6. Returns and warranty
You can return an unworn watch within 30 days of delivery under our returns policy. Every watch is covered by our 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. These are in addition to any rights you have under law.
7. Limits of liability
Except for the warranty described above and to the extent the law allows, we provide the products and this website without other warranties, express or implied. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law says can't be limited.
8. Use of this website
The text, design and original images on this site belong to Tulipa Blooms LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy the site, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, unless the law of your state gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
