2-year warranty
In short
Every Hexagon Storm comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, handled directly by Sixth Planet Watch Co. You never have to deal with the factory.
What's covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship in the movement, case, crystal, crown and bracelet clasp.
- For 2 years from the date your watch is delivered.
- We repair or replace the watch, at our choice, and cover shipping on valid claims: confirm.
What's not covered
- Normal wear: scratches, scuffs, and wear to coatings, leather and bracelets.
- Water damage from use beyond the 5 ATM rating (swimming, showers, hot tubs).
- Damage from impacts, drops or repairs by someone else.
- Batteries. A battery change by any watch shop does not void the warranty.
How to make a claim
- Email support@sixthplanetwatch.com with your order number, a description and a photo or short video.
- We reply within X business days with next steps.
- We repair or replace the watch and send it back.
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer.
