Every order ships free with tracking, and orders leave within 1–2 business days of payment. We email your tracking number as soon as your watch ships.

- We ship with USPS or UPS. Typical delivery after dispatch: X–Y business days.
- Every order is tracked. We email your tracking number when it ships; see order tracking.
Address changes
Email support@sixthplanetwatch.com as soon as possible if your address is wrong. We can change it until the order ships. After that, we'll help you contact the carrier.
Lost, late or damaged packages
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll open a claim with the carrier and replace or refund your order once the claim is settled, or sooner where we can.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, where required by law.
